Collection of five West German crime thrillers based on works by Edgar Wallace and his son Bryan Edgar Wallace and produced by CCC Film. In 'The Curse of the Yellow Snake' (1963) members of a dangerous cult search for an ancient statue which they believe will help them to achieve their goal of world domination. 'The Strangler of Blackmoor Castle' (1963) follows the search for a masked killer who brands and decapitates his victims. In 'The Mad Executioners' (1963) police in London hunt for a group of vigilantes who hang criminals who have escaped justice as well as a serial killer terrorising the city. In 'The Monster of London City' (1964) a series of brutal killings lead police to suspect the lead actor in a play about Jack the Ripper is responsible for the crimes. Finally, in 'The Racetrack Murders' (1964), people connected to a champion racehorse begin to die as part of a violent conspiracy.
