Richard Franklin directs this Australian sci-fi horror starring Robert Thompson, Susan Penhaligon and Robert Helpmann. In a Melbourne hospital, Patrick (Thompson), a murderer who killed his parents three years earlier, is kept in a coma by Dr Roget (Helpmann) in an experiment to understand the state between life and death. However, when mysterious and increasingly violent events take place inside and outside of the hospital, how long will it take for Patrick's carers to realise he has psychokinetic powers which allow him to leave his body and commit evil acts?
